Drop Firefox, Thunderbird support

This is a placeholder for dropping Firefox compatibility, assuming that the issues blocking #141 aren’t resolved by the time Firefox 57 drops XUL extensions. Dropping Firefox support will consist of updating the documentation and website to remove most references to Firefox. Support for Firefox versions through 56, as well as other XUL applications like Thunderbird and Komodo, will be the focus of this extension going forward.

AVIM works in Pale Moon, so I guess we could mention it in Firefox’s place, at least for Windows and Linux users.

As you notice, I have to remove this addon on my Firefox from now. This is the only addon for vietnamese typing I used all the time.

@hungpham2411, thank you for being a loyal user of AVIM all this time. ❤️ I’m as disappointed as you are that Firefox is abandoning traditional extensions like AVIM, but I hope this isn’t the end of the road. Over in #141, we’re trying to figure out how to enhance WebExtensions so that AVIM and similar extensions will be able to work in Firefox 57 and above. Looks like Thunderbird 58 also breaks when AVIM attempts to overlay any window.

It’s true that it’s possible to port a Chrome extension to Firefox. However, the result is much less functional than what you’re used to. AVIM for Chrome works in the most basic case, but it can’t work on HTTPS pages, in the search bar, or on sites like Facebook or Google Docs due to the limited extension API. This is why it’s important for us to push for a better input method API in Firefox (as part of #141).
