[FR] Manually split a cycle by timestamp

• This request is specifically about WashData, not Home Assistant core or a third-party integration.

Problem or Motivation

Currently you can only autodetect gaps to split cycles. If you restart the machine right after one cycle ended, autodetect has no way of detecting that because there's no gap.

Proposed Solution

Add an option to manually split in the interactive editor and let us define a timestamp.
