Free endpoint aggregates live regulatory prediction markets from Polymarket and Kalshi:

No API key, no signup. Returns SEC/CFTC/Fed markets normalized across both platforms — market titles, current prices, 24h volume, resolution dates.

Paid signal layer (x402/USDC on Base):

• Fed decision intelligence — rate probability, FOMC speech analysis ($5)
• Per-market regulatory signals — directional signal + confidence ($0.10–$0.25)
• Oracle resolution evidence chains — UMA OOv2 formatted assertion data ($1)
• Chainlink external adapter — regulatory data on-chain ($0.50)
• Full alpha report for specific positions ($2)

Why x402? No API keys, no subscriptions, no billing portal. An AI agent can discover HYDRA, read the payment manifest, and autonomously pay for and consume data — the full pipeline in 3 HTTP calls.
