[Feature request] Adding a simple healthcheck to `autokuma`

It would be nice if autokuma itself could be monitored too.

• directly integrated in the image / Dockerfile
• or as an endpoint that can be fetched internally (currently no wget or curl available)

I like autokuma very much but it's one of the last containers I'm running that has no healthcheck :(
