BBN O and X swap doesn't work on PS2 DVD remote

Describe the issue

This is quite a strange one!

I have a fresh install of the latest PSBBN Definitive, and an SCPH-3900x with DVD remote/dongle SCPH-10160.

While the fresh install of BBN has X and O configured so that X is enter and O is back, the DVD remote specifically doesn't follow this behaviour. X on the remote goes back and O selects menu items in BBN. This doesn't apply to DualShock controllers, they work as BBN indicates they should.

I tested in HOSDMenu and the remote works as expected. I also tested in a PS2 game loaded through BBN and once the game loads, it too works as expected. The issue only occurs inside BB Navigator, and only for the official DVD remote.

This isn't a big deal for me, I was mainly curious if the transport buttons on the remote do anything in the music or video players, which they don't but they didn't in the original PS2 music player so that isn't surprising sadly, seems like they exclusively work for DVD playback. But the O and X thing was unexpected and does seem like a bug.

Also, I didn't feel this was an issue worth reporting on its own but since I'm raising something anyway, I noticed a grammatical error on line 991 of PSBBN-Installer.sh. "A typically game requires"

That does not surprise me. The buttons are hard coded in PSBBN. I had to hack the kernel to intercept button presses and re-assign them in real time. An original PS1 controller has the same issue as it's detected differently by the kernel.

PSBBN did not originally support the DVD remote control, so I added that feature. Again, I hacked the kernel to intercept button presses on the remote and reassign them to the appropriate controller buttons in real time. The PLAY, PAUSE, STOP, PREV, NEXT, SCAN, and DISPLAY buttons all work for movie, music, and photo playback, but only on a SCPH-5000x console with the built-in IR receiver, but not with the dongle.

Thanks mate! So with regards to the transport controls (play/pause etc) is there any chance these could be supported in a future version with the dongle like was able to be done for the IR one, or is that totally out of the question?

That would be especially handy mainly to use the console as a CD player, but I understand this is a low priority feature probably used by very few users so if it doesn't happen, it's no big deal.

It's possible, but unfortunately I only have SCPH-5000x consoles and I don't have a remote with the dongle. If someone does, and whats to add to the modifications I made, they can see what I changed here.
