Psylocke's Finish the Job Charge/Cooldown Bugs

Katana Typhoon

Using Psylocke's Assassinate doesn't reset Katana Typhoon with Finish the Job active when Psi-Katana is also active. When Finish the Job is active by itself without Psi-Katana, it resets Katana Typhoon normally.

Kirisute Gomen

I could not get Finish the Job to restore a Kirisute Gomen charge under any circumstances.

Testing Setup

• Fresh local 1.0.0 server installation
• New character
• No equipment, infinity, synergies, etc.
• No other talents
• No team-up hero

If you have Finish the Job, Psi-Katana, and Dancing Katana, Assassinate will correctly add a charge to Katana Typhoon.
