Feature request - additional fields for user load

Hello,
It would be nice to have the following fields available when loading patron data:
Resource Sharing Library
Purchase Request Library
Additional Identifier Note

This is my first feature request. If you need additional information, do not hesitate to ask.

@lawlibrary, the current version already supports resource sharing library. It is the last entry in the 'Name' column selection list when defining your field mappings. Then supply the resource library code in the csv file.
