Tracking openjdk formulae that use graalvm via binaries

I think, since we have the GraalVM formula now, (and lost 10 years of life), it might be worth tracking formulae that either currently (secretly??) use GraalVM via binaries or could be switched to use GraalVM (which would have the benefit of reducing dependent testing load when bumping openjdk).

Formulae that apparently are using graalvm currently but not via the graalvm formula

• pkl (i think it might already compile graalvm, but might be worth checking if it can be switched to use the graalvm formula instead and reduce ci time)
• scala-cli (fetches graalvm via)

Formulae that would support graalvm but use openjdk still
