I added a screenshot where I managed to take a picture of how the menu appears, for some reason it initially already shows inventory and items, but without some of the textures, and then everything falls into place. It's strange that something is already being shown initially.

Please upload your logs. It would also help if you removed your mods one by one until the issue doesn't occur as this looks to be a compatibility issue.

deleting mods one at a time is not very easy because there are many of them, and I do not know how to open the logs. But I also noticed that this is only present in survival mode, there is no such thing in creative and spectator.
