Data.dll for connection to repo is not available on its own

Since you used costura fody to embed the data dll into the main executable your howto compile is broken as the dll is not easily accessible.
While you can decompress Costura Fody resources it should at least be mentioned in the "Guide" for self compilation.

Unfortunately the stormloader_data dll isn't published as it contains login information for the database user. However, you can compile without it by supplying your own connection object as described in the compilation guide.

This is an issue I'm aware of and have been meaning to update the connection from a direct myql connection to using an API.

The user is heavily restricted so I guess I could publish the connection info without any issues.
