data(skill-eval): regenerate example.jsonl for v8 skill edits

SHAs updated for the three skills edited in 3f3a330 (gym-profile md),
8fdcdb2 (gym-review md), and 5e84dd0 (gym-data evals+fx). This is the
input JSONL v8 was run against.
