delete contact fails with 409

This is due to /Person/<ID> container having publicTypeIndex

Can be resolved with :

• clean container
• recursive delete

Do you think this is in production too or it occured only on the test server?
I suspect it is not in production but due to latest code development. Which means, we do not need to fix anything except maybe clean data folder on our test servers.

It does exist in https://solidos.solidcommunity.net/Contacts. Why ? I don't know

We should verify it does not break the contact removal and that the only issue is keeping /Person// which is never reused.
