logrotate complaining about permissions

### Describe the bug

I found this in the logs:
```
Jun 23 00:00:01 xxx logrotate[14403]: error: Ignoring etherpad_mypads because it is writable by group or others.
```

And I can confirm the problem by checking the permissions manually:
```
# ls -l /etc/logrotate.d/etherpad_mypads 
-rw-rw-rw- 1 root root 667 Jun 13 22:17 /etc/logrotate.d/etherpad_mypads
```
