Image Slider/Distill Layout

Dear @, is it correct, that image sliders in a post based on the Swiper library (see https://alshedivat.github.io/al-folio/blog/2024/advanced-images/) do only function within post layout? If so, it would be great to use it also with distill layout. Best, Chris
