[RA2] Compare CNF LCM options, like Helmv3 and CRD based, like Nephio

Feedback from GSMA ISAG:
3.2.5 Kubernetes Application Package Manager, 3.2.6 Custom Resources: It would be good to compare application LCM, done by app package manager like Helm or CRD/Operator pattern like Nephio. Although the RA mandates to use Helm v3 package manager, there might be operators interests in using CRD/operator pattern for application LCM.

• add both helm and kpt package + functions as cnf packaging options
• idea is that operator has platform including caas, gitops tooling and porch/nephio to be able to recieve any of these
• helm difficult to scale - so more suitable for simpler CNFs - chart must be clean and well documented
• kpt requires hydration logic (kpt functions) and outputs regular k8s manifests (krm) in a git repo - instance specific
