Arduino UNO Q: D3 and D44 may not be 5v tolerant?

I know this is probably not the best place to document this? But as I mentioned in the forum posts:

I believe that the underlying pins for these two Arduino pin numbers may not be 5V tolerant.

Whereas most of the pins are marked with having IO Structure as FT_??? which I believe FT (Page 107) says 5v tolerant.
For example D3: is PB0. which on the Datasheet P114 shows the IO Structure as TT_ha which I believe TT says is 3.6v tolerant.

Ditto for D44 (JMISC pin 20) PA3 which shows TT_hav

Someone should probably verify if this is correct or not. I have updated my excel document, to try to reflect it:

I should also mention, that the datasheet and pinout documents are semi inconsistent. As @per1234 mentioned on the thread:
There is another relevant statement in the UNO Q datasheet:

9 Peripherals
[...]

JDIGITAL (A2) (JDIGITAL1) / JANALOG (A3) (JANALOG1):

[...]

Some STM32U585 pads may be 5 V-tolerant in digital mode, but when configured as ADC or any analog function (such as A0 through A5), they are not 5 V-tolerant and must not exceed VDD + 0.3 V.

But the pinout says:

WARNING All MCU GPIOs are 3.3 V logic and 5 V
tolerant, except A0 and A1 (not 5 V tolerant).
