DS 412+, strange 1.01Gbits/sec limit

Hi.

DS 412+ (DSM 6.2.4) with RTL8156BG. Reported connection speed is 2500 on both ends, MTU 9000 on both ends, but iperf shows very stable 1.01Gbits/sec transfer speed.

Transfer speed is so stable that it looks like it is software limited, not wire or hardware.

Same adapter on notebook got a ~2.48Gbits with the same wires setup.

Any suggestions?
