Does it occur after you try again? Is the transaction you are trying to create fully confirmed or are some of the outputs still in mempool?

Hello, I didn’t use the program to debug. I installed Cupcake’s cold wallet on an old IOS12.5.8 mobile phone, and then used Cake Wallet to initiate a BTC transfer online. When signing with Cupcake, it prompted excepiotn: failed to sign.
