Describe the bug
The font display of the window title seems to have antialiasing issues (no matter what font), and looks "glitchy."
To Reproduce
- Press
alt + tab
- Examine the window title text
Expected behavior
The font should display like it does everywhere else: clean and perfectly legible, with hard edges.
