The launcher should show windows only on 1 monitor

What did you do?

I'm using 2 monitors, with games on left monitor (lets call it 1). I multitask things on monitor 2, but XIV launcher is tracking my cursor and showing download windows and whatnot on the monitor 2 while launcher itself appeared on monitor 1. I don't need new popups to appear below cursor when i do something different, it can do all its downloads without my input. Even if launcher takes longer to start i don't want it to start on monitor 2 if i go play my idle game there for a few seconds, check email or do other web browsing. "Active monitor" tracking is very bad idea.
