Could you try restarting your computer and then logging in again?

If that doesn't work, please attach your XIVLauncher log file. This is called output.log and can be found in %appdata%\xivlauncher. (Copy/paste that into a Windows Explorer path bar or into the "run" dialog box to open it for you)
