Error while patching

I used XIVLauncer to update to the current patch whenever I try to update it crashes and give me this screen. I am not sure what to do. I have tried restarting my computer and that did not fix the issue.

After FFXIV Patch 7.5, Dalamud shouldn't be loading at all, as it's not whitelisted for the current patch version. (Nor is it safe to use - it needs to be updated and fixed for the current game version. If you're trying to manually inject it, DON'T!)

If you haven't applied the ~7GB of patch files, this could also be caused by having the experimental UID Cache feature enabled, which tries to reuse login sessions. That feature is not stable around patch times. You can reset the cache by holding down the "control" key on your keyboard while opening the launcher. It will make a beep noise to confirm the cache was cleared.
