Plugin Description
This plugin would be designed to help make the books step of the Zodiac relic easier by automatically highlighting targets for your current book, in order to make it easier and faster to complete books zone by zone without having to repeatedly open the book to check for your next target. This could be added as a part of ZodiacBuddy, or as a separate plugin.

This is how I see it being most useful:
For normal mobs, it would highlight their general known spawn locations on the full map with something similar to the orange circles used for normal quest markers. It could do the same on the minimap, or even maybe directly point out nearby mobs with flags when detected like Sonar can do.
For leves, it could highlight the relevant levequest NPC's location/name on the full map, and when in their menu it could designate the leve(s) you need by changing their category and text color, similar to how the Item Vendor plugin highlights chosen items.
For fates, it could highlight the fate you need on the full map, with the orange quest circle on its starting location if it's not up (or a different color if it interferes with the mob highlighting), and by changing the fate circle's color if it is up. If a fate needs to be started by an NPC, the icon for that NPC could be changed to a different color. For fates that have a prerequisite to spawn the one needed by the book, (like Gauging North Tidegate > Breaching North Tidegate), if neither are up the first fate in the chain would be highlighted before popping, not the second.
These indicators would only be there before you've completed them, so if you say, killed all of the normal mobs for a map/book, their markers would disappear from the map.
Finally, there could be some kind of always on-screen list of what zones still have objectives to complete on the current book. This part is less useful than the highlighting aspect, but would still be very nice.
