How do I get a smooth transition for a VTOL

I have set up a Heewing T2. My problem is the smooth transition from 45° to forward flight. I have a smooth transition from vertical motors to 45° and back by setting the speed in the mixer tab in the Mixer Transition line to 25.
But from 45° to 0° (airplane) I can't find in which line I should set the speed value. I have tried them all, but the servos always jump between 45° and 0° and back. Do I need the lines "Mixer Transition" also in Airplane Mode? That's what I don't have, but I have tried it without success.
In the CLI I have set mixer_switch_trans_timer = 25. It didn't help.

I assume you've looked through some of the video tutorials on Youtube ?
It sounds like a case of having the smix in the wrong mixer profile.

In the CLI I have set mixer_switch_trans_timer = 25.

That setting only controls the RTH/FS timer for auto transition.

Yes, I have watched both videos from DZARO several times. It helped me a little bit, but in both videos there is nothing about a smooth transition. In these videos the tilt servos jump from 90° to 45° and then from 45° to 0° instantaneously.

On a side note: my suggestion to set up a VTOL is:
You need to be in Manual Mode!
Use a servos tester to find out the µs for: Airplane, 45°, 90° and full back positions. Enter these data into the Ouputs Tab.

1. Transition Mode: Servos should be at ~45°
2. Tricopter Mode: Servos should be at ~90°
3. Check the maximum throws for the Tricopter mode: gap behind props and wing should be equal with yaw full left/right. Adjust Min, Max in Outputs.
4. Check the minimum position for the Fixed-wing mode: Props have to be parallel to the front without nose on the Heewing T2. Adjust Min, Max in Outputs.
5. Adjust the vertical 90° Motor position of the tilt servos: In Mixer adjust the Weight of MAX.
6. Adjust the throws to the back of the tilt servos: In Mixer adjust the Stabilized Yaw Weight
7. To get the 45° Transition Position aligned adjust the Mid values in Outputs. They are not exactly the same like with the servo tester.
