Remove apisauce

Description

Remove apisauce from the project since we don't really maintain it anymore, nor use it on client projects

How

Replace it with straight axios/fetch/expo-fetch calls or adopt TanStack Query into the project since it is commonly used on IR projects now. Let's vote on it in Slack

Thanks for the guidance! I went ahead and added an Ignite Cookbook recipe for migrating from Apisauce to Axios . It covers optional logging/retry interceptors as toggles and a compat mode to mimic Apisauce’s response.ok. here is the PR
