[B] Broken CI tests for PRs

Describe the bug

CI is broken for now, as it seems that GitHub changed which branch gets checked out for the pull_request_target events 😒

To Reproduce

Create a PR with purposefully incorrect tests.

Expected behaviour

Tests to run on the PR branch and validate changes.
