Self-hosted and fully offline?

Hello,

When attempting to run the Livecodes SDK locally, it appears the main application requires a network connection to livecodes.io for some services. I would like to run everything 100% locally without a need for a network connection. I only need support for HTML, CSS, JS languages.

Is this possible?

Although LiveCodes is a client-side app with no backend and the fact that you can specify the appUrl in the SDK embed options, which can point to a local instance of LiveCodes (e.g. running on a local server on http://localhost:8080/), however, many of the resources are loaded from CDNs. So, currently, you still need to be connected to the internet.

I do plan to support running fully offline.

This PR ( #858 ) tries to address this issue.
Would you please have a look and see if this is what you want?

As far as I can see, some frontend assets are still loaded from external sources and could be integrated into the project. For example:

Sorry for the very late reply. I have not been able to work on this lately.

All of the assets you mentioned will be served from the local docker setup.
I have not yet published a cloud instance for demonstrating this, but you can see the video in the PR that I go fully offline with airplane mode and it continues to work.

I just wanted to see if this is what you want implemented.
I still have some work on this, and I will let you know when ready.
