misc. micro bugs

- it should be possible to power the micro from a PC. Currently the usb lines 
- there should be a user button on micro
- maybe a power led ? 
- there should definitely be a reset button on micro
- it should be possible to power the micro from a 5v external . currently it's only possible with a 3.3v regulated.
