Marimo Pair overwrites manual changes when making subsequent edits

Bug Description:

When using marimo-pair in an iterative workflow, manual changes made between AI-assisted edits are sometimes being overwritten by subsequent marimo-pair operations.

Other than that, this skill is amazing

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Use marimo-pair to make an initial change to a file
2. Make changes to the notebook in the edit mode GUI
3. Request another change from marimo-pair
4. Observe that the manual changes from step 2 are overwritten

Environment:

Marimo version: 0.23.0
Python version: 3.12.12
Agent: Claude Code

I wasnt hitting save myself but did have autosave with delay 1s. sorry its a bit difficult to replicate issues with a skill!

opencode has the concept in its read and edit tools that the ai must read a file before modifying AND must be reread the file if it was changed on the filesystem since the last read. I think this makes sense for preventing overwriting the humans: basically forcing the AI to actually look at the code its editing. im not sure if this could be implemented easily in code mode.
