mesheryctl_v0.8.0 is not valid

Current Behavior

When following the step to install meshryctl using scoop in windows, you will get a error stating "URL https://github.com/meshery/meshery/releases/download/v0.8.0/mesheryctl_0.8.0_Windows_x86_64.zip is not valid"

Expected Behavior

mesheryctl should get installed.
