Could you be more specific? I can control Dock using touch just fine. What issue are you experiencing?

I'm experiencing this too. Nothing in the CmdPal Dock is touchable by default. Not the buttons, not the stats, not the time, not the context-menu.

Only when I click once on the Dock via my mouse, everything becomes accessible via touch. It looks like the Dock needs focus first before it can be touched.

But the moment that focus is lost (going back to another program), nothing in the Dock can be touched again.

It needs a click with the mouse before touch input is supported like @jerone said
