Steps to reproduce

1. Disable all options under power display -> particular external monitor so only brightness show up in flyout.
2. Press Windows+P and change mode from Extendend to PC screen only.
3. restart computer or just close PowerToys.
4. Press Windows+p to change it back from PC screen only to Extended.
5. Refresh screens in Power Display.
6. Monitor setting are now reset do factory default showing contrast, sound or whatever it is supported by monitor in the flyout.

✔️ Expected Behavior

Settings stays the same between Windows+P chagnes.

Monitor setting are reset do factory default showing contrast, sound or whatever it is supported by monitor in the flyouta after changes of Windows+P

I would like to confirm that 0.99.1 does not resolve the issue.

For those who are looking for temporary workaround, set up PowerDisplay as you want. Set "C:\Users\PROFILE\AppData\Local\Microsoft\PowerToys\PowerDisplay\settings.json" file to read only. This makes keep the changes between switching Windows+P as the program cannot write to that file anymore and that is where configuration of monitors are stored i suppose.

I have observed how it behaves and it look like when you switch Windows+P to single monitor, PowerDisplay removed monitor entry from C:\Users\PROFILE\AppData\Local\Microsoft\PowerToys\PowerDisplay\settings.json file. Then when you switch back to Extended mode it recreates the monitor from scratch so Contrast and Volume comes back to flyout.
