✔️ Expected Behavior
Dock should show cpu, memory, networking, gpu data.
❌ Actual Behavior
dock appears with cpu, ram, networking, gpu showing '???' - no data. when CPU (and likely others) is clicked on the flyout displayed without any data and 'searching' displayed at the top of the flyout, clicking in the flyout changes the view to be 'grayed out' and a close button in the top right corner, clicking on close displays the standard app/crash dialog 'submit crash data to microsoft' or 'cancel'.
