Introduce option to include Emojis/Smiley with Normalizer

Current Normalizer has the following result for this sentence:
সাবাস! সোনার ছেলেরা! তোরাই তো বাংলাদেশের ভবিষ্যৎ 😪
['সাবাস!', 'সোনার', 'ছেলেরা!', 'তোরাই', 'তো', 'বাংলাদেশের', 'ভবিষ্যৎ', None]
Emojis are returned as None for now.
