Looking for a new developer or maintainer

I sadly have to announce that I retire from maintaining mpv.net. It wasn't an easy decision to make, the reason is health related.

There is a chance of finding a new developer or maintainer. Meanwhile, I try to keep things running, so people don't have to be afraid of breaking changes.

@stax76 can you please write a short doc on how to work on the project? I will try to take a look over Christmas period if I will be able to offer some help. Like what VS version is needed, what your scripts are doing and when to run them, etc. Thanks in advance!

Yes, I can do that. As a start, I improved the documentation for the following script:

/src/Tools/release-mpv.net.ps1

It's a script that builds mpv.net and releases it on GitHub.

Another script locally updates mpv x64, libmpv x64, and libmpv ARM64:

/src/Tools/update-mpv.ps1

It downloads the files from here:

https://github.com/shinchiro/mpv-winbuild-cmake/releases

Shinchiro has an update script too, but mine is significantly shorter.

The documentation of this update script appears to be fine.
