Add option to skip decoding sources

Apktool has option -s,--no-src Do not decode sources.
It would be useful to add the same option.

This tool needs to edit the sources though so perhaps I'm confused why you think it would be useful

Maybe when apk-mitm is invoked with --skip-patches, it could be slightly faster to use apktool with --no-src?
For instance when we know the app doesn't have any certificate pinning in place, we just need to trust user certificates.

I found this issue while looking if this existed, but I have to agree that it's clearly not the main use case.
