Connecting to the server using browser doesn't work

Describe the bug
If you used URL to connect to the server, it only opens the launcher (in a blank state), it doesn't ask you to add it to the favorites tab

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Input "samp://localhost" to your browser address
2. Click on "Open Open Multiplayer Launcher"
3. It would just open the launcher without doing anything

Expected behavior
Should ask you to add the ip to the favorites (or directly connect, not sure how it was on sa-mp)
