Typing http:// also redirects to https://donate.hotosm.org .
I had a similar problem on a site when Let's Encrypt certi expired (and it does not renew, folks, at least not easily enough to resolve a site-down in time).. had to edit my root folder's .htaccess so it would stop redirecting incoming trafic to https. Perhaps similar condition here?
Also, it's kind of blocking the site's title.. but on the right side it'll block the login link. Maybe bottom-right?
