1. Does reDB support synchronizing DDL (Data Definition Language) changes like table structure modifications and index creation to the target database?

2. There are write efficiency issues when using DuckDB as the target database. Will there be optimizations specifically for this in the future?

1. Yes, that is partly implemented at the moment and will be completed in the near feature. Internally, the system uses it's own model to handle the schema and structure modifications, but the intention is to allow modification events to for example trigger an outbound webhook that could contain the DDL definition of the change.
2. We aim to make all the database adapters perform as well as the database allows, can you be a bit more specific on the details? You can have a look at the issue template and use it as a starting point on what details are useful.
