need feature for force trigger onSpeechEnd when accumulate frame to a number

Thanks for your nice project, I have use it in my speech translate production, but we need a special feature. Sometimes, the speaker speak very quickly, for a very long time, it will not trigger onSpeechEnd. So we if vad can force trigger when go to a special number of frames.
