Representative Seq file has no sequences in it

Hello,

I ran the easy-cluster module like so

easy-cluster <Protein_File1.fa> <Protein_File2.fa> <Output_prefix> $TMPDIR --mask 1 -c 0.9 --cov-mode 2 --min-seq-id 0.99 -e 1e-05 --cluster-mode 2 --rescore-mode 3 --dbtype 2 --alignment-mode 3 --similarity-type 2 --cluster-reassign --remove-tmp-files --cluster-steps 3 --gpu 1

The representative sequence file has no sequence. Just ids or the representatives I am thinking. Is this the correct format of the output? I do not recall this happening when --cpu is used (For a previous different datasets)
