Let's set up this environment that is working with environment.yml in a Docker container and deploy it to Dockerhub

Let's also deploy another image on top of it for launching Jupyter lab

I ran into an issue with dependency resolution when creating the env in the docker container... moving PyVista back to the pip section

When I upload this image to docker hub, should we call it empot, gostin, or what?

Ha, good question. Call it gostin. empot is for electromagnetics and potential field methods, the channel in Swung. However, gostin is more general for geo open-source tie-in, and the name of this hack.

Either way, it is a temporary name I'd say, but gostin is more 'inclusive'.

I will rename the environment.yml as well, and move there pyvista to pip as well again.
