I am an experienced UI and extensibility architect. Creator of the vSphere Client REmote Plugin Architecture at VMware / Broadcom and lead the UI team for infrastructure management at VMware Cloud Foundation. over the years the vSphere ecosystem saw over 200 plugins shipped by at least 100 enterprise partners, including all major players in the infrastructure market. I have led a team of up to 250 engineers, filed 9 patent applications, and was granted six patents.

One of my many passions is plugging gaps in developer tooling - and the web frontend development field is ripe for such tools.

One example I currently maintain is @tony.ganchev/eslint-plugin-header which is the most feature-rich header comment-validation plugin for ESLint on the market today.
