[Feature] Add prose-invert variant for dark mode typography

Problem

When using @tailwindcss/typography with dark mode, switching between prose and prose-invert requires JavaScript or complex variant stacking.

Current Workaround

<article class="prose dark:prose-invert">

This works but requires remembering to add both classes everywhere.

Suggested Enhancement

A configuration option to automatically apply prose-invert in dark mode:

// tailwind.config.js
module.exports = {
  plugins: [
    require('@tailwindcss/typography')({
      darkMode: 'invert', // Auto-apply prose-invert in dark mode
    }),
  ],
}

Benefits

• Cleaner HTML
• Less cognitive overhead
• Consistent dark mode typography handling
