Expand Test Pane on Mobile

Current behavior

When running on a mobile platform such as Android the Test Pane is half the screen width which makes the filter Text Block and Run Tests button unusable.

Expected behavior

This should take the full screen width

How to reproduce it (as minimally and precisely as possible)
