I want to build a proteinLogo (or a CustomLogo) from a CAP_PPM matrix that i built using ProteinAlphabet(), but the X axis are specific positions, not consecutive numbers.
For example, my X axis can be E77, R90, M101, K299, Y401. The startpos parameter is useless in this case. as the sequence is not consecutive. Also my logo is not based on frequency or MSA.
Is it possible to pass a custom X Axis (say an array of strings) as a parameter?
