Kagi, Lingva (and Mozhi for some engines) support it.

If any supported engine does have synonyms in the web UI but TranslateYou doesn't support them yet, please tell me which ones.

I tried all engines that don't need API key, I didn't try Kagi.
All of them didn't show synonyms including Lingva

I tried from English to Arabic and from Arabic to Englosh but I didn't got synonyms

Have you enabled "Show additional information" in the settings?

Apparently Lingva is a bit broken, so only normal translations work. It can't load additional information, so nothing we can fix at our end.
