Wallpaper doesn't change in landscape if resize mode is "zoom"

Steps to reproduce

1. Set your wallpaper resize mode to "Zoom (keeps aspect ratio)"
2. Turn your device to landscape orientation
3. Go to settings, and activate the Wallpaper Changer

Expected behavior

Normally, as soon as the wallpaper changer is activated, it will start working and immediately change the wallpaper.

Actual behavior

Activating the Wallpaper Changer doesn't do anything. It however works fine if you rotate the device to portrait and reproduce the same steps.
The main issue is that this bug persists while using the device, so if the wallpaper should change at X interval and your device is being used on landscape at the time the change should occur, it will be skipped entirely, and you have to wait the next interval while on portrait for it to change.

Other details

This only occurs with the aforementioned resize method. Any other (none, fill width, fill height and crop) change the wallpaper normally while on landscape.
