• All 50 US states + DC coverage in the OTD calculator
• Bilingual English + Chinese

8-phase workflow: discovery → research → comps → outreach → monitoring → negotiation → inspection → close.

Real-world tested

Built and refined during a real used-Subaru purchase cycle by the author. Not theoretical.
