Motivation:
This PR adds a Docker image specifically built for Jetson devices, enabling easier development and deployment on these platforms. Currently, we are simulating the Jetson environment on arm64 servers using the NVIDIA L4T (Linux for Tegra) base image.
Modification:
A new Dockerfile is added to build an image compatible with the Jetson architecture. This image leverages the PyTorch wheel packages built with https://github.com/dusty-nv/jetson-containers to ensure compatibility and optimized performance on Jetson devices.
